Delaware County Council Chairman Tom McGarrigle announced a new Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting video series available through the county and district attorney’s websites. Chairman McGarrigle and District Attorney Jack Whelan stressed that it is everyone’s responsibility to stand up for children. The message is: “If you see something, say something.”
