Employee Assistance Program

We provide an Employee Assistance Program(EAP) which is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems.  Click on the link provided and type William Penn School District in the search bar.

Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to pay out-of-pocket expenses for medical, dental and vision and work-related daycare expenses with tax-free income.

Tuition Reimbursement

An employee who seeks pre-approval, and presents proper evidence of course completion, may seek reimbursement tuition up to the maximum amount agreed per employee contract each fiscal year.

Retirement

The Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS) is an agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that administers the retirement plan for Pennsylvania’s public school employees.

PSERS sponsors the Health Options Program to provide retirees and their dependents access to group health insurance.
