REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
The William Penn School District Board of School Directors is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) policies and guidelines.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the William Penn School District Administration Building, 100 Green Avenue-Annex, Lansdowne, PA, 19050. The meeting will include a walk-through of facilities.
Sealed proposals will be received until 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2018. All proposals must be sealed and plainly marked on the envelope, “Food Service Management Proposal.” Proposals must be submitted to the attention of A. Jeff Cuff, Business Administrator/Board Secretary, William Penn School District, 100 Green Avenue-Annex, Lansdowne, PA 19050.
The William Penn School District Board of School Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or defects in any proposals, or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
