Any teacher or staff member that is having trouble with WPSD applications or devices should put in a helpdesk ticket by calling the service desk at service desk at extension 1111 or emailing the service desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Team members will respond to your request and follow up with you via email, phone or in-person at your site. If emailing, please include the following information: name, phone number, location (building and office or room), description of the problem and device name (if known).
Additionally, for any creative or content strategy needs (social media posting, video production, photo shoots, print design, and more related to these categories), make sure to direct your request to Joshua Moorhead in the ticket.
