  • As a part of our ongoing effort to go paperless, William Penn School District is no longer accepting paper applications for employment. William Penn’s application process is an online process.     This easy to use, secure online application assures that your application has been received by the district for review and consideration for employment. In addition, you may visit the site 24/7 to update and review your information and application status.

    Please note: All candidates will be required to provide Act 34 PA State Police Criminal Background Checks, Act 151 Childline Clearance (Child Abuse), Act 114 FBI Criminal Clearance (Fingerprinting) and a PA School Personnel Health Record.

    The fingerprint-based background check is a multiple-step process. Applicants must register prior to going to the fingerprint location. When registering on-line, applicants are required to use a service code:  1KG6XN. Applicants must pay a fee of $22.60 for the fingerprint service and to secure an unofficial copy of the Criminal History Record.  No cash transactions or personal checks are allowed. 

    When sending Childline Clearance application, be sure to pay by money order. The Department of Public Welfare will not accept cash or personal checks.
